board meetings

Ditch the dressing gowns & don the board shorts. Collaborate face-to-face in a boardroom with a difference - fresh air, fresh coffee & space to socially distance. Your team can escape the virtual meeting room & float their ideas from our fleet of stable paddleboards

No experience is necessary & our experienced team will be on hand to give coaching tips & get you set up. You can be safely anchored during your meeting, so board control won't affect the agenda.

If you'd like to book a board meeting , please complete the enquiry form below with the time, date & duration you're after and one of the crew will be in touch to arrange everything for you.

  • Tailored options available for up to 16 attendees

  • Qualified watersports coaches on site throughout

  • Freshly ground coffee & locally made soft drinks available during your meeting

  • Reconnect & have fun

group events

If you have something to celebrate, or need an excuse to get the crew together, we can help. We're taking bookings for groups of up to 30 people at the moment. Group canoe hire, kayak or paddleboard (SUP) sessions are all available any day of the week for groups & are perfect for finally getting reunited with family & friends.

We will remain flexible & if the guidelines or restrictions change, you won't be left out of pocket.

We fully appreciate the nature of these uncertain times; if any of your group need to self-isolate or in the case of bad weather, we can reschedule or offer a refund. Drop us an enquiry below & one of our team will call you back to find a suitable time & date for your adventure.

CSR events & volunteering

London's canals & rivers are under constant threat from pollutants, litter & invasive species. We have adopted several stretches of canal & our boats make rounding up plastic pollution active & fun! This captures litter before it can contribute to the micro plastic problem or reach our oceans.

If you want to organise an event for your team, you can make a massive difference to these crucial urban water spaces in just a few hours. Generally we run corporate social responsibility days as either a 2-hour half day event, or a five hour full-day including lunch. Income generated from these larger clean-ups helps us sustain the programme of free volunteer events.

Our free canal clean-up events are run each month in conjunction with the Lower Regents Coalition. These events are family friendly & suitable for local residents and volunteers. For information on these volunteer events please email lowerregentscoalition@gmail.com. Spaces are limited on these events and sadly we can't accommodate large groups.

  • Half-day event: £25pp

  • Full day event, including lunch: £60pp

about moo canoes

Moo Canoes was created in 2012 to make London's waterways more fun for everyone. The directors met on the River Thames and through Moo Canoes have introduced over 35,000 people to paddlesport in central London.

We can't take any credit for the amazing waterways on offer, but we'll certainly help you make the moost of them!

We work with Thames 21, Poplar Union and The Canal and River Trust, using the fleet to enhance and protect the waterways. We've also helped found two community action groups, The Lower Regent's Coalition and Friends of the Cut - there are regular friendly events and both welcome new volunteers.

Our second hub, The Milk Float, was launched in Hackney Wick in 2014. The home of our fleet of canoes, she is also a floating bar & cafe.

Whether you plan on relaxing, racing, exploring or adventuring, our team will do everything they can to make sure you have a fantastic time.
