  • Bookings will be managed so we can safely manage numbers of clients on site.

  • Only online payments and card payments will be accepted.

  • Anyone displaying any COVID-19 symptoms within the last 14 days should not make a booking, nor should anyone from their household. Anyone displaying symptoms will not be permitted to participate.

  • We are encouraging attendees to arrive in sports kit and travel home to change/shower.

  • Social distancing should be observed at all times.

  • Simultaneous start times will be limited, minimising the number of clients on site at any one time.

  • Participants are discouraged from using public transport to get to us. Please cycle, walk, or use your own car wherever possible.

  • All personal belongings must accompany you on the boats.

  • A briefing on social distancing and hygiene guidance will be given by staff on site upon arrival.

  • Operating procedures have been amended to remove physical contact from our buoyancy aid checks, launching and landing. Your coach will take you through how to complete these elements yourself.

  • All participants must use a hand sanitiser (provided on site) upon arrival, before touching any equipment & again once they have disembarked from the boats. Anyone who cannot use regular hand sanitiser (containing 80% alcohol) will be required to bring their own suitable alternative.

  • Equipment will be sanitised prior to each use - booking times have been adjusted to account for this but please be patient whilst we make things safe.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your booking at any time if we deem it necessary in order to comply with government guidelines. Refunds will be given for any cancellations.

It is assumed that all those participating agree to these terms. Anyone found to be in breach of these will have their booking terminated immediately and will not be eligible for a refund.
