With our own licensed bar (The Milk Float) and catering options available, we can also tailor packages to suit your event.

CSR events & volunteering
London's Canals & Rivers are under constant threat from pollutants, litter & invasive species. Boats make rounding up litter active & fun! This captures plastic pollution before it can contribute to the micro-plastic problem or reach our oceans.
If you want to organise an event for your team, you can make a massive difference to these crucial urban waterways in just a few hours. We work with ELCAN CIC to deliver these events, with income generated sustaining community & environmental work. Corporate social responsibility days are run as a 2-hour half-day activity, or a 5-hour day, including a break and lunch.
In partnership with ELCAN CIC and the Lower Regents Coalition, we also run two free volunteer canal clean-up events each month. These events are family friendly & suitable for local residents and individuals. You can see more about the regular events and the work we do here.
For groups of 10 - 30 people:
Half-day litter pick: 2 hours
Full day litter pick, including lunch: 5 hours
Larger groups can be accommodated, but additional costs may apply.
Up to 2 adults +
Small child (Under 4) or dog
Very stable & beginner friendly
about moo canoes
Moo Canoes was created in 2012 to make London's waterways more fun for everyone. The directors met on the River Thames and through Moo Canoes have introduced over 45,000 people to paddlesport in central London.
London's waterways have a lot to offer, and we'll certainly help you make the moo-st of them!
We work with Thames 21, Poplar HARCA and the East London Canal Access Network (ELCAN CIC), using the fleet to enhance and protect the waterways. We've also helped found two community action groups, The Lower Regent's Coalition and Friends of the Cut - there are regular friendly events and both welcome new volunteers.
Our ship-shape hub, The Milk Float, was launched in Hackney Wick in 2014. The home of our fleet of canoes, she is also a floating bar & cafe.
Whether you plan on relaxing, racing, exploring or adventuring, our team will do everything they can to make sure you have a fantastic time.
