On the day
Arrive on time for your booking and check in with our crew.
We’ll get you kitted out and give you a quick, beginner-friendly introduction so you feel confident before heading out.
Once you’re ready, you’ll set off onto the water to explore at your own pace. Take it slow, enjoy the surroundings, and make the most of your time on the canals.
Our team will be nearby if you need anything — otherwise, it’s all yours to enjoy.

It’s easier than it looks! Most people get the hang of it quickly, especially in calm water. You can start on your knees and stand up when you feel ready.

Not at all. You can kneel or sit for the entire session if you prefer - it’s completely up to you.

Maybe - but that’s part of the fun! The water is usually calm, and we provide safety equipment so you can relax and enjoy it.

Light rain won’t stop play - it’s all part of the adventure. We recommend bringing appropriate clothing.
